As we have watched the world around us change rapidly and as we considered our options for the 2020 Symposium, simply moving our event online was not an option. We’re thinking bigger than a one-time event and creating an ongoing, immersive experience to promote accountability, unity, educational excellence, and institutional best practices all year long.
Introducing The CESA Collective: The Symposium for Healthy Christian Schools, a curated, immersive experience to help educational leaders build healthy schools all year long through content, connection, and community. The CESA Collective will provide thought-provoking keynotes from educational leaders, bi-monthly moderated discussion groups for all registrants in role-specific affinity groups, and exclusive CESA member-only experiences to help you lead well as we navigate the unpredictable 2020-2021 school year together.
The CESA Collective will provide content and conversation to cultivate connection and collaboration as we unify our efforts to enhance Christian education, including:
- 21 Talks from Thought Leaders on Building Healthy Schools Available Throughout The Year
- Keynotes from Dr. Perry Glanzer, Beth Guckenberger, and Michael Keller
- Keynote Discussion Guide for each Collective Cohort to be used with your school’s leadership team or in local discussion groups
- Quarterly Moderated Discussion Groups by Breakout Leaders
- Live and On-Demand Leadership Content
- Online Peer-to-Peer Community for Inspiration & Collaboration
- Exclusive CESA Member-Only Experiences

Who is The CESA Collective for?
The CESA Collective will feature unique strands for each of the following leadership positions, including position-specific discussions based upon a unique set of courses and moderated by our course leaders. While all courses will be available to all registrants, the curated job-specific experience makes the Campus Pass registration incredibly valuable to schools.
